Shipping & Delivery

 

We appreciate your understanding that all orders placed with Gentlelove would have a minimum lead production time unless stated otherwise. Please refer to individual product listing for more details.

Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 working days after successful payment. Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after order is ready. You will receive an email notification when order has been shipped out. (Working days excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). 

 

If you have chosen ATM bank transfers/I-Banking/DBS PayLah!/PayNow:

  • After you have checked out your items, please proceed with payment within 24 hours to our bank account/mobile number. Payment details will be shown after you have confirmed your order.

  • After you have made the transfer, please update us with your transaction details via either emailing to payment@gentlelovesg.com or mobile number (for mobile bank transfers).

  • You will then receive an email notification of your successful payment after payment has been verified by us.

  • We will proceed with processing your order in 1 to 2 working days. Please note that your orders will only be processed upon successful payment. 

If you have chosen Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX) payment:

  • After you have checked out your items,  please proceed with your online credit card payment (via Stripe).

  • You will receive an email notification of your successful payment.

  • We will proceed with processing your order in 1 to 2 working days.

 

Within Singapore

Wef from 22 March 2020, all Singapore orders to be delivered via Qxpress Courier only.

*Self collection at our pop-up booth and Singpost mail options have been temporarily disabled.

Courier charges shown are partially subsidised by Gentlelove. Subsidised courier fee is at $3 flat fee per address. Parcel delivery will be made within 2 working days after dispatch, to doorstep.


Complimentary Qxpress Courier is provided for purchases above $70 in a single order.  

Gentlelove shall not be liable for any incorrect and/or incomplete address provided when placing order and order will be subjected to top-up for re-delivery. Re-delivery charges will be at original rate of $4.30.

Tracking - Please use Qxpress to track your order shipping status with the tracking number you received via email.

International Shipping

International shipping charges are calculated based on weight estimation. Any excess shipping charges will be refunded. Please contact us if you have any enquiry.
